Marigold – Tech Support Specialist. US. Full-time. You will learn their product in and out and answer customers in a timely, accurate, knowledgeable, and personable manner. Requires 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support positions. Benefits are offered but pay rate is not listed.
Pink Callers – Customer Support Specialists. Anywhere in the US. Must have one year of prior customer service experience, and a decent computer with a good internet connection. Pay is $12 – $13 / hour.
Plunge – Customer Support Rep. US. Full-time. As a Customer Support Representative I, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to our cold plunge products. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service. Pay is $11 to $14 hourly.
Home Shopping Network – Customer Service Rep. Full-time. FL, VA, and TN (possibly other states). You will handle a high volume of customer inquiries, all inbound customer calls. They are also looking for people fluent in Spanish and English. Pay starts at $15 hourly.
Windy City Call Center – Call Center Reps. GA, IN, MS, and TX. Full-time. You will follow-up with prospective students for one of their clients, and transfer the prospective student to an admission advisor for the school, once their basic information is confirmed. Pay is $13 to $15 hourly.
ResultsCX – Customer Service Reps. Several locations worldwide. High school diploma or equivalent and 25+ WPM typing ability are both required, as well as speedy internet and a Windows PC. According to Glassdoor, pay might be around $32K / year.
Paragon Planners – Administrative Assistants. Several US states. 2 years experience in the financial services, customer service, client services or equivalent required. You’ll need a quiet home office with a Windows PC (no Mac) and a landline phone. Basic computer proficiency is a must. Pay ranges $12 – $14 / hour dependent on experience.
Ceterus – Customer Success Rep. US. Full-time. Works directly with our customers via Zoom, phone, SMS, email and Zendesk. They answer questions, provide basic product support, and relay important feedback to the accounting team. Experience using QuickBooks Online would be a plus.
SupportNinja – Technical Customer Service Rep. US. Full-time. Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for handling complex customer inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Must have some past tech support and IT help desk experience. Pay is $16 hourly and comes with benefits.
Four Leaf Rover – Customer Service Rep. US. Full-time. Monday to Friday schedule. Answer customer phone calls, emails, instant chats, social media queries and keep the conversation friendly, but focused and on-track. Requires three years of past customer service experience.
Worthy – Customer Service Rep. US. Full-time. Handle high volume inbound calls from prospective and existing Sellers. Requires 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service or customer experience role. Pay is $15 to $16 hourly.
Five Star Call Centers – Customer Support Reps (Several Jobs). Several US states. 1 year of customer service experience is required, as well as 1 year of call center or office experience. 35+ WPM typing ability and a speedy internet connection are also a must. Pay is $14 / hour.
Enterprise Rent-a-Car – Reservation Sales Rep. KS, TN, WY, and possibly other states. Full-time. You will handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide. Need at least one year of past sales experience. Must have a Windows PC (no Chromebooks or Macs). Pay is $17.25 hourly.
Service800 – Customer Service Reps. FLORIDA, GEORGIA, IOWA, MINNESOTA, NORTH DAKOTA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TEXAS, & WISCONSIN. Also hiring in Asia, South America, and Europe. Must be fluent in English, with prior customer service experience and basic computer knowledge. You’ll need a quiet workspace with a speedy, wired internet connection. Pay is not listed. Full time hours available, but apparently not mandatory.
Fetch Pet Insurance – Call Center Retention Agent. US. Full-time. Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications (calls and emails) to full completion. A minimum of two (2) years in a call center environment.
Alma – Customer Experience Associate. US. Full-time. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by advising, guiding, and instructing customers on how to best use Alma’s services through email and phone calls. You have 1+ years working in customer experience/support or service-oriented role. Pay is $23 hourly.
DealerBuilt – Customer Support Specialist. US. Full-time. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email in area of expertise. Looking for people with at least three years of related experience required, with prior management experience highly preferred. Benefits are offered and compensation is listed as “competitive.”
A Place For Mom – Inside Phone Sales Rep. Full-time. Work in a growing, fast-paced industry to help educate families on senior care options and find the right communities to meet their needs while working remotely from your home office. You will work with your Regional Manager to establish a full-time, 40 hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs, and may include regularly scheduled evenings, weekends, and end of month, along with some holiday shifts during the year. Base Salary: $51,500 plus benefits and commissions.
Beyond Finance – Customer Service Rep. US. Their call center is open 7 days a week so you must be willing to work some evenings and weekends. You will provide customer service over high volume inbound and outbound client phone calls of varying complexity by responding to client requests, anticipating unstated needs, and educating them on programs in a remote call center environment. Requires minimum 1 Year of Call Center Experience Required (High Volume preferred!). Benefits offered.
StraighterLine – Student Support Specialist. US. Full-time. The Student Support Specialist will directly interact and respond to student queries, provide issue resolution, leverage tools and resources to strive towards excellence in higher education student support. Requires minimum 4-5 years of experience in a client facing or customer service role. Benefits offered.
SiriusXM – Call Center Retention Specialist. US. Full-time. Note that job description doesn’t say anything about this being a remote, role, but it is listed among the other remote jobs Sirius offers here. You will utilize sales skills like overcoming objections, asking probing questions, providing benefit statements, assuming the sale and building a rapport, to obtain sales and retain customer business. Looking for people with 6 months plus of relevant sales experience in a metric-based/goal-oriented environment.
Transcription
Verbit – Legal Transcriptionist. US. Full-time. You will be responsible for transcribing different types of legal audio into text. Requires at least 1 year of experience transcribing legal depositions, trials, hearings, etc. Pay is $16 hourly.
Medical Jobs
Cerebral – Remote Medical Jobs. Cerebral currently has several openings (appears to be US only, different states) for licensed telemedicine therapy, mental health nurse practitioner, and remote psychiatry positions. If you have license and experience in these fields, you may qualify to work remotely for them. Rate of pay is not listed.
Illumifin – Virtual Interviewer LPN. US. Full-time. The Virtual Interviewer – LPN is responsible for performing virtual interviews collecting information for clients who have applied for insurance coverage. We are looking at a schedule of Mon-Fri 9a-6p with 1 day working 10a-7p CST. Requires one or more years’ experience with geriatric and/or mental health nursing and assessment experience, and an unrestricted LPN license.
Online Teaching, Tutoring, and Education Related Jobs
Tutlo – ESL Tutors. Worldwide! Connect with students using the Tutlo phone app. No teaching experience required, anyone can apply! Pay ranges from $5 – $11 / hour (pay is by the minute, so you’ll make more money working during peak hours.
IvyMath – Read IvyMath Review – Math Tutors. Per the job description, “This is a fully remote, online math tutoring position. All sessions are run via Zoom and are 1-1 online, with students in grades 2 – 12. This position is perfect for college students, graduate students, substitute teachers, or anyone who loves math and teaching young kids. IvyMath tutors can live anywhere in the United States..”
Yup – Math Tutors. Anywhere in the world! You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a PC with Google Chrome, but unlike most tutoring jobs, no microphone or webcam is needed. You’ll also be required to pass their assessment test. According to Glassdoor, pay should be around $11 – $14 / hour, dependent on experience level.
Wiingy – Online Tutors. Multiple Subjects. Tutors are paid based on their qualifications, expertise, and experience. Tutors should have a bachelor’s degree or experience in the relevant field.
Skooli – North America. Flexible, contract work. Must have a valid teaching license or ESL and TOEFL language certifications.Tutors are paid a competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience.
Writing & Editing Jobs
Cactus – Read Cactus review – Editors and Writers.They have a number of openings in different fields, and each has their own specific pay scale and experience requirements.
WebFX – Copy Editors. The compensation is listed at $31K to $37K per year, possibly higher if you have a lot of past experience. I’ve linked to their page here for the sake of clarity, but, as of now, the best place to find their jobs listings is on their Glassdoor profile page, here.
The Content Panel – Content Writers. Worldwide! Must be a native English speaker. Strong grammar skills and research skills required, as well as some knowledge of content marketing and SEO. Pay is weekly and sent via Paypal, so you’ll need a Paypal account. You can set your own schedule as long as you’re meeting your deadlines.
Valnet Concept – Freelance Writers. Anywhere in the US. Many categories. Prior writing experience and excellent English language skills are both required. Strong research abilities and movie knowledge are also a must. Payrate is unknown.
Writer Access – Content Writers. U.S., U.K., New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Brazil and the Republic of Ireland. They pay between 2 and 10 cents per word twice monthly via PayPal.
Valnet Freelance – Freelance Writers. Anywhere in the US. Different categories. SEO experience and strong English skills are both required, as well as extensive knowledge of gaming, video games, gaming culture, etc. Payrate is unknown.
Koreaboo – Content Writers. Anywhere in the US. Prior writing experience is required, as well as a deep knowledge of kpop, Korea, the entertainment industry, etc. Degree in English or Journalism is a big plus but not required. Payrate is unknown.
Litcharts – Freelance Writers. Anywhere in the US. LitChartswriters can work from anywhere, and compensation varies based on the length and difficulty of the work. You’ll need to send in a resume with samples. According to Glassdoor, pay probably works out to around $32 / hour.
Virtual Assistants
Wing – Virtual Assistants. Several countries. Full-time. Mostly entry-level, but you’ll need to be comfortable/familiar using online software like spreadsheets, calendars, scheduling tools, etc. Rate of pay not listed.
Team Delegate – Virtual Assistants. Anywhere in the US. Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant. You’ll need a home office with a computer, webcam, MS Office, and high-speed internet access. Salary unknown.
Vasumo – Virtual Assistants. US and Canada. Must have 3 years prior experience as a VA, along with excellent ability to think on your feet and solve problems. Pay rate is not provided.
One of My FAVORITE Resources For Finding All The Remote & Flexible Jobs!
FlexJobs is one of my favorite sites to use for finding remote jobs and learning about new companies that hire remotely.
Most of what I see there when I check the listings pays well above minimum wage and are known companies. The great thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee ALL listings are scam-free.
They list hundreds of jobs — all of which are either remote or flexible in nature — five days per week.
There are also no ads on the site!
Because there are no ads, they do charge a membership fee since that is the only way they can see a return on their job-searching efforts. But it’s cheap — you can get access for a few weeks for just $2.95 for 14 full days!
If you sign up and don’t like it, it’s very easy to cancel right away so you are not billed again. You can do it any point during your 14 days of checking things out.
